Mr. Keanini has over 25 years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry and was most recently the President & Chief Operating Officer of Bear Tracker Energy, LLC which was sold to Summit Midstream for over $500MM. In that role he was responsible for the setting and execution of company strategy as well as operational results for the company.
Prior to that role, Mr. Keanini was General Manager of Rockies Midstream for Anadarko Petroleum Corporation where he had direct responsibility for over 25 facilities generating over $200 MM in annual EBITDA and a $500 MM annual capital budget. Before joining Anadarko, Mr. Keanini was Vice President Engineering, Environmental & Safety for Western Gas Resources. He currently serves as a Director for the Wyoming Pipeline Authority and is on the Board of Directors for the Innovage Foundation, a non-profit organization serving he needs of the elderly.
Mr. Keanini has a BS in Chemical and Petroleum Refining Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and an MBA from the University of Denver.
