Dave leads the strategy development of the business and its journey towards becoming an independent company after being part of Macquarie Group for nearly 25 years.
Dave has almost 20 years of experience in the financial services, leasing and business process outsourcing sectors with a particular interest in organisational culture and how it can
be a true source of competitive advantage.
Prior to joining Vestone Capital, Dave co-led the growth journey of Smartgroup Corporation, a highly successful, multi-award-winning organisation in the financial services / automotive services sector, from its initial days as a start-up to its inclusion as one of Australia’s 200 largest companies (ASX listed) at the time of his departure.
Born and raised in Colombia from European descent, Dave has called Australia home since 1999. Dave loves to travel and enjoys being active.
