Darren Taylor joined Neverfail in 2007 to lead the company’s Finance, HR and internal IT teams. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and has experience working with multinational companies and venture capitalists as both a CFO and Finance Director. Darren most recently served as CFO of a European-based software
company where he was responsible for all aspects of finance, including planning, compliance, investor relations and legal.
Prior to that time, Darren was the Finance and Operations Director for Prince Sports Inc. where he setup and managed all finance and operational systems outside of the U.S., structured finance deals and managed distribution channels. Darren’s career also includes serving as VP Finance, EMEA for Caminus Inc., a New York based software company. While at Caminus, he was instrumental in the company’s successful IPO and eventual sale to a leading US software firm. Darren also spent 10 years with the Financial Times Group in senior-level finance positions both in Europe and Asia Pacific.
Before qualifying as accountant and becoming involved in finance, Darren spent several years in IT both as a programmer and as a support specialist.
