Darian Pickett joined Acosta in 1991 upon graduating from the University of North Texas. With more than 20 years of experience, Pickett has served Acosta in a number of leadership positions including Sales Strategy, Client Services, Customer Marketing, Analytics, Business Management, ales Optimization, and Retail Management. His extensive
background provides him with a deep knowledge of the industry where he has built strong relationships with key stakeholders.
In 2013, he accepted the position of Executive Vice President New Business Development, responsible for leading efforts with current and prospective clients to maximize opportunities to outsource sales, marketing and retail activities to Acosta.
Prior to his current position, Pickett was Executive Vice President Strategic Channels and had operational responsibility for Acosta’s military, natural, convenience, drug, value, and secondary hardware divisions.
He is actively engaged with the North Texas Soccer Association as a youth soccer coach.
