Daniela is a start-up enthusiast, agile coach and product mentor with a passion for leading teams, execution and lean delivery.
In the last 10+ years Daniela worked for more than 5 companies and helped build several start-ups. Her areas of interest and expertise are lean product design, business plan, agile process design and change management.
She speaks 4 languages fluently.
Her first significant product experience started in 2005 with XING - the largest business network in Germany and Europe. Daniela designed products with a positive impact on the business metrics.
The quest took her to Barcelona, to emagister: a fast growing international business for education and training in more than 10 countries. Daniela re-structured the company´s processes based on agile principles, led various cross functional teams with focus on product delivery and business growth.
In 2010 she met Jude Ower and they founded playmob, a business that gives hope and help to those in need through in game donations.
Daniela was instrumental defining the early product, marketing distribution and promotion, and in closing two rounds of investment, that put playmob on a steady growth course.
In 2013 Daniela was invited to join Rocket Internet in Berlin, where she helped launch several ventures.
Currently she coaches several teams as a change management agent for idealo, an Axel Springer company.
Before the product and start-up life, Daniela was a kindergarten teacher, a TV host and a university tutor on Management for SMEs.
