Dan is a South African expat bringing 12 years of financial services and public practice experience to Movement Capital. He previously worked in the UK for Investec Plc, INTL FCStone and GMP Securities. He's also worked as a consultant for SMEs and renewable energy companies. He joined Movement to build out the internal control operating
processes, providing clients with financial modelling expertise and related capital raising services. Dan’s obsessive about working with businesses that are manufacturing products, providing services and extracting materials - things the world cannot live without.
Dan obtained his Chartered Accountant designation in South Africa. When he’s not in the “engine room”, he enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife, Candice and miniature Maltese, Levi (Instagram: Levi_of_London). He enjoys calisthenic training, walks in Little Venice, and studying his Bible. Dan was born in sunny Durban, South Africa and moved to (not-so-sunny) London in 2008.
