Mr. Vetter is Co-founder, President, and Chief Investment Officer of Money360, Inc.—a direct lending platform specializing in commercial real estate loans. Mr. Vetter is also Co-founder and President of M360 Advisors, LLC—an investment management company that manages fixed income alternative investment vehicles for institutional and accredited
retail investors. Mr. Vetter’s responsibilities encompass capital markets, fundraising, portfolio management and institutional investor relations.
Prior to joining Money360, Mr. Vetter worked for PIMCO, the largest bond manager in the world at that time with $2 trillion of assets under management. Mr. Vetter oversaw $15 billion in managed assets across a wide range of investment strategies, advising institutional clients with respect to their residential and commercial mortgage allocations. Prior to joining PIMCO, Mr. Vetter worked for several years on Wall Street in various roles ranging from sell-side equity research to investment banking.
Mr. Vetter earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School, where his coursework emphasized commercial real estate valuation and finance. Mr. Vetter also earned a Master of Public Policy degree from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, a Master of Accountancy degree from Brigham Young University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University. Mr. Vetter holds a CFA charter.
