From 1996 until 2002, Mr. Stencel was the controller of Veronis Suhler Stevenson, a media merchant bank, where he was responsible for all related accounting, reporting, and investor relations for the firm’s private equity funds. Mr. Stencel is a graduate of William Paterson University. He joined Pegasus in 2005.
