Daniel K. Schlanger joined Crown Castle in April 2016 and currently serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Schlanger previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Exterran GP LLC, the general partner of Exterran Partners, L.P., from June 2006 through March 2009 and as a director of Exterran GP
LLC’s board of directors from October 2006 through November 2015. More recently, Mr. Schlanger served as Senior Vice President of Global Products at Exterran Corporation, an oil and gas products and services company, where he was responsible for global product strategy development and implementation. From 2009 to 2015, Mr. Schlanger also served as Senior Vice President in various capacities, including marketing and operations, with Exterran Holdings, Inc. and Exterran GP LLC. Prior to working with Exterran Partners, L.P. and Exterran Corporation, Mr. Schlanger was employed as an investment banker with Merrill Lynch & Co. where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions in the energy sector. Mr. Schlanger holds a BS in economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
