Began working at 7 years old on family farm where work ethic was established and solidified. Continued working through high school where he participated in the Youth Apprenticeship program which amounted to working at the farm and Kohler Company while going to high school and taking night college courses. This work ethic continued through college
where he worked his way up from a front desk reception position to managing the residential apartment community within one year. After college, he ran a property management company in conjunction with a development company for over two years and that company has decided to build Rising Sun.
