Born in the serene town of Athens, Ohio, he was no stranger to dedication and integrity from his earliest days. This was evident when he clinched the title of State Champion wrestler in 2005, a feat that spoke volumes of his commitment and discipline. The same year, upon graduating from high school, he enlisted in the Oklahoma National Guard. This decision marked the beginning of a lifelong commitment to serving his nation. His resolve and loyalty were tested during a challenging deployment to Iraq from 2007 to 2008, a period that would shape his perspective and fortify his resolve.

Returning home, he embarked on a new chapter in his quest for knowledge and service. He pursued a degree in biochemistry at the University of Oklahoma, graduating with honors in 2010. This achievement was more than an academic milestone; it was a stepping stone towards his dream of entering the medical profession. His aspirations led him to the Oklahoma State Center of Health Sciences, where he completed his medical education in 2014. His educational journey continued. He undertook a Family Medicine Residency at Madigan Army Medical Center in Washington State, culminating in 2017 with his board certification as a Family Physician.
