Dan is a data scientist and startup founder with a background as distinctive as the systems he builds. Before entering tech, he spent years working in fine dining and playing competitive rugby, including training for the 2016 Olympic Games, experiences that sharpened his instincts for discipline, strategy, and performance under pressure.
He holds
a B.S. in Statistics/CS from the University of Vermont and an M.S. in Analytics from Georgia Tech, where he worked with the Data Science & Policy Lab on applied NLP, applied AI, and machine learning for public policy analysis.
At Politheon, Dan leads technical development and research, building Agentic AI pipelines that help organizations in regulated industries anticipate and navigate legislative change. He brings a founder’s urgency and a scientist’s rigor to the intersection of government, technology, and business.
