Daniel J. Evans has been a director of the Company since January 2003. He has been the chairman of Daniel J. Evans Associates, a consulting firm, since 1989. From 1983 through 1989, he served as the U.S. Senator for the State of Washington, and he was the President of The Evergreen State College from 1977 through 1983.
From 1965 through 1977,
he served as Governor of the State of Washington. Mr. Evans serves on the boards of Cray, Inc., Western Wireless, NIC Inc., and Archimedes Technology Group. Mr. Evans also serves on the Board of Regents of the University of Washington.
