Daniel (Dan) Callaghan is Vice President & Corporate Controller at Coupons.com Incorporated.
He oversees the company’s accounting functions, including financial reporting, systems management and implementation, and internal controls. He joined the company in 2010 and brings more than 15 years of accounting experience in both corporate and
public accounting roles to Coupons.com.
Mr. Callaghan joined Coupons.com from ArcSight, Inc., where he was Corporate Controller for this publicly traded provider of security solutions. At ArcSight, he was responsible for all Corporate Accounting functions and instrumental in the company’s initial public offering in 2008.
Before ArcSight, Mr. Callaghan was Corporate Controller at SumTotal Systems, Inc., a publicly traded provider of talent management systems.
Before that, he was at Harmonic, Inc., a publicly traded provider of video delivery systems, where he was most recently Corporate Controller of Accounting Systems.
Before entering these in-house positions, Mr. Callaghan spent several years at two Big 4 accounting firms,
PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP,
KPMG LLP .
He holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Accounting from California State University Los Angeles.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of CPA’s.
