For over two decades, I’ve worked with brands that refuse to settle, helping them define who they are, what they stand for and how they show up in the world. My career has spanned brand, creative and digital strategy and I’ve built a reputation

for combining bold thinking with commercial focus.

At Mooch, I lead creative direction, brand strategy, new business and overall agency leadership alongside my co-owner, Mark Greenway. Together, we’ve built an agency that delivers ideas with both soul and substance - a place where creativity isn’t decoration, but a driver of business performance.

I spend most of my time doing what I love:

Turning complex business problems into ideas that make people stop and think.

Building teams that are confident enough to be brave and humble enough to keep learning.

Guiding brands through transformation, from the first strategic spark to the final creative execution.

I’m hands-on when it matters, leading strategy sessions, pitches and creative development, but my focus is on the bigger picture: shaping Mooch’s future, strengthening client partnerships and keeping creativity at the centre of everything we do.

I believe in brave ideas. In collaboration over ego. And in the power of creativity to make business, and people, better.

What I do: • Shape creative direction and strategy across B2B and consumer sectors. • Guide and mentor a multi-disciplinary team across design, digital, content, and video. • Drive business growth through creative excellence and strong client relationships. • Lead high-impact pitches and partnerships with brands who want to stand out, not fit in. • Build and protect a culture that rewards curiosity, bravery and brilliant thinking.

I lead by empowering people not managing them. My job is to give clarity, direction and belief, then let our great people do what they do best.
