Danesh has served as a director of our Managing General Partner since June 15, 2007. He is the Chief Financial Officer, Feronia Inc., Minco plc., Xterra Inc. and Conquest Resources Limited. He joined Minco plc and Conquest Resources Limited in 2006, Xterra Inc. in 2008 and Feronia Inc. in 2011.
From 1999 to 2005, Danesh was a director at Dundee
