Prior to joining American Capital, Mr. Dratch was employed at Merrill Lynch Capital underwriting leveraged middle market transactions that were primarily sourced through the firm's brokerage force.
Prior to joining Merrill, he was employed at RBC Capital
Markets' Corporate Credit group covering a portfolio of large-cap borrowers.
Prior to joining RBC, Mr. Dratch underwrote and monitored leveraged transactions in the Media and Healthcare divisions of FleetBoston Financial (which was subsequently acquired by Bank of America).
Mr. Dratch holds a BA in Economics from Bates College and an MBA in Finance from Babson College. He is a CFA charterholder.
