Prior to leaving Walgreens for CareCam Health Systems, Dan Spring was responsible for defining and implementing the IT strategy for Take Care Health Systems, the health and wellness division of Walgreens. Dan has more than 25 years of experience in information and operational management across a range of industries, including healthcare, mortgage,
entertainment, shipping, and fleet management.
As Senior Director of Architecture and Development at Take Care Health Systems, Dan led the architecture, development, and implementation of the company’s Electronic Medical Record system, focusing on the delivery of clinical and operational functions required to scale to over 400 retail clinics and 1,500+ healthcare professionals across the country.
Prior to Take Care Health Systems, Dan founded Spring Technologies which specialized in many information technology disciplines.
A graduate of Trenton State College and The University of Pennsylvania, Dan holds a B.S. in Information Systems and a Master’s degree in Technology Management.
