Dan runs customer success at AgilOne. He is responsible for bringing the power of Predictive Analytics to AgilOne customers through world class solution delivery and customer support capabilities. Dan has over 23 years of experience and joins AgilOne from RightScale where he was the VP of Services and maintained customer success through the
delivery of support, consulting and educational services products.
Prior to RightScale, Dan was VP of Services at Cast Iron Systems, a cloud integration company acquired by IBM. Prior to Cast Iron Systems, Dan worked at SaviNetworks (acquired by Lockheed Martin) where he oversaw development, implementation and support of a cloud logistics solution.
Earlier in his career, Dan held senior management positions at a number of successful venture-backed cloud companies and also at Avaya and Accenture. Dan holds an MBA with a concentration in Decision Sciences and a BA in Finance from University of Florida.
