Most recently I was the COO of Zero Waste Energy, LLC . www.zerowasteenergy.com. ZWE is a full life-cycle organic waste treatment technology and operations provider, specializing in anaerobic digestion (waste-to-energy), material recovery and high grade composting solutions. I had responsibility for both the operations services group and the
project delivery group.
I have been the number 2 guy (usually holding the COO and/or CFO titles) in companies (both public and private) that ranged from $20 million to $400 million in annual revenue, holding a wide range of C-Suite positions, including COO, CFO, General Counsel and head of M&A/business development, where I was responsible for over 100 transactions. I also have experience across industry – environmental solutions, biodiesel technology and IT services to name a few.
