Dan has extensive experience from management positions in both Swedish and foreign companies. After IT jobs in Datema-ASEA Process data, he was Fellow at the Swedish Trade Office in Los Angeles and then a management consultant at Indevo. Then followed nine years in senior sales positions in Sweden and abroad at Inter Innovation, one of the 80th
century fast growers, which was acquired by English DeLaRue Plc. Then recruited Dan as CEO of Cale, a leading manufacturer of ticket vending machines for example Parking. He also has experience from involvement as Chairman and participation in the expanding companies Yellon AB and JAPS Electronics. In the latter company, he was a driving force in the successful sale of the company Sweco.
Dan began the Industrial Development Fund in 1997 and has primarily focused on technology companies in the electronics and information technology (ICT), but have also made investments and responsible for several companies active in more traditional industries.
Dan has experience from participation in some 30 corporate boards and is a member of several of the companies that financed the Industrial Development Fund.
Dan has a degree in electrical engineering from Lund University in Lund, and an MBA from the University of Lund. He has also completed several other short courses including at IFL and KTH Executive School.
In his spare time he devoted to travel, cook, read books, take care of holiday homes as well as keeping an eye on their forest.
