Dan Diachenko Co-Founder & COO, TeamStation AI
Dan Diachenko is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of TeamStation AI, a revolutionary platform designed to transform the nearshore software development industry. Based in Boston, Massachusetts, Dan is at the forefront of leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning to
streamline and optimize software development processes. Since April 2024, he has spearheaded the company's mission to empower organizations by providing access to a vast talent pool of nearshore developers, offering cost-effective, AI-driven solutions for scalable software development.
In addition to his role at TeamStation AI, Dan serves as the Co-Chair of the National Chapter Advisory Council for the Society for Information Management (SIM), where he supports over 5,000 IT leadership members. His work involves advising on chapter strategies and governance models to help them achieve their goals.
Dan also acts as a strategic advisor for Framework Science, a subsidiary of TeamStation AI, where he provides guidance on developing innovative solutions for complex challenges. His expertise spans across technology leadership, human performance optimization, and strategic growth initiatives.
Before co-founding TeamStation AI, Dan held senior positions at PeopleProductive Inc., where he served as the Chief Commercial Officer. There, he developed the world’s first Human Performance Platform as a Service, aimed at improving leadership effectiveness, sales, and project performance.
Dan holds an MBA from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in Buenos Aires (2007-2009) and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Rollins College, where he also pursued a minor in German.
