Dan Baker is the Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of SugarOak. Mr. Baker has over 30 years of real estate experience in the areas of acquisition, development, property management, and leasing.
Mr. Baker is responsible for the strategic direction of the SugarOak Real Estate Funds including investment management, investor servicing,
and capital markets. He serves as President or Managing Member of all SugarOak sponsored funds and is Chairman of the Investment Committee.
Mr. Baker is a former President of the Reston Rotary Club, Business Citizen of the Year for Herndon, VA, and a Paul Harris Fellow award recipient. He was a member of the Board of Directors for Bank of Potomac, F&M Bank, Triple Net Properties, and the Herndon Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Baker is a graduate of Harvard University.
