As our Chief Creative Officer, Damien is responsible for managing, developing and leading our creative team. His experience with strategic branding, marketing communications and design services has been instrumental in the development of the Viewpost brand and its introduction to the marketplace. Prior to Viewpost, Damien was Executive Creative
Director and Partner of Orangeseed, the Minneapolis design firm he founded in 1996. There, his work for a diverse range of clients, including Andersen Corporation, Harvard Divinity School, Thomson Reuters and Wells Fargo, earned industry recognition and multiple awards. In July of 2013 Orangeseed was acquired by Viewpost, expanding its design and creative team. Damien earned a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications from St. Cloud State University.
