Dalit has been working in alternative asset markets for over 20 years, with a particular focus on private debt and specialist private equity strategies. Prior to joining Arbour Partners in 2017, Dalit was a Principal of WestValley Capital where she connected opportunities within PE/VC and RE with institutional investors. She previously led
capital markets businesses at Wachovia and Merrill Lynch. Dalit began her financial career in 1994 at Morgan Stanley after receiving her BA Degree at Stockholm University.
