Cynthia has spent more than 15 years in a variety of management roles at leading Marketing Agencies including Harte-Hanks, Carlson Marketing and Visual Services. During her career she has lead cross-functional teams of up to 500 employees in the sales, design, development and operations of award winning marketing programs for clientele that
includes Lexus, BMW, Ford Motor Company, Bristol-Myers Squibb, BCBS and PacifiCare of California. Her areas of expertise encompass CRM/Integrated Marketing, contact center, business development, marketing strategy and operations management. She has assisted Bizdom on special projects since 2009 and joined the Cleveland team in August of 2011.
Cynthia attended both Wayne State University majoring in Computer Science and the University of Michigan’s Steven M. Ross Business School of Business.
