Dr. Scribner has more than 25 years of drug development and regulatory affairs experience. He spent 11 years at the FDA in the Center for Biologics as a medical officer with wide experience reviewing non-clinical, CMC, clinical, and IND/BLA regulatory systems, including 2.5 years as the Deputy Director of the Office of Blood. He also was the
Senior Regulatory Consultant for Quintiles Consulting, Chief Regulatory Office for Intarcia Therapeutics and he is now the Senior Vice President for Medical and Regulatory Affairs for RRD International. Dr. Scribner is a board certified Internist with post-doctorial training in Immunology and Rheumatology at the NIH.
