Mr. Kelner is responsible for sourcing and underwriting new investment opportunities, asset management and investor reporting.
Prior to joining Pillar Companies, Mr. Kelner spent four years at Holualoa Companies, an Arizona based real estate investment firm that owns over 3 million square feet of commercial space and more than 2,000 apartment
units. Mr. Kelner was responsible for underwriting Arizona investments and asset management of select assets. While at Holualoa, he was involved in over $300 million of acquisitions, including office, industrial, retail and multi-family properties.
