Founded this company as Green Monster Games in October of 2006. Became 38 Studios in early 2007 and now in production of Kingdoms of Amalur:Reckoning, a cross platform single player RPG for the XBox360, PS3 and PC as well as Copernicus which is the code name for a PC based MMO.
The project is being led by CEO Jen MacLean. The creative side of
the ledger is being held together artistically by the vision and experience of Todd McFarlane while legendary fantasy author and good friend R.A. Salvatore who, along with the design team at 38 has created an incredibly deep and rich world with 10,000 years of back story. Add in Internationally Celebrated Game Designer Ken Rolston (Oblivion, Morrowind) and you can see why we're so excited.
The talent, at every level of the company is unparalleled, anywhere (having shipped a combined 11+ billion dollars worth of games). The list of achievements this team possesses is extraordinary and a point too often overlooked.
We are currently working on our final round of funding before our first title, Reckoning, goes to market in 2012
