Curt James, 44, is formerly the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary for Jets.com, one of the nation’s largest private jet charter and aviation providers.
Prior to Jets.com, Curtis held a CFO position with a payment processor and as VP of Corporate Finance for Fidelity National Information Services (FIS), a Fortune 500 company, where
he oversaw 30 employees in a 600 person, $155 million private equity backed processing company.
Additionally, Mr. James has been involved with and/or led over 30 M&A transactions as well as capital-raising campaigns.
Curtis James is a CPA and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Alfred University and an MBA from Duquesne University.
