Mr. Cory J. Comstock is a General Partner at Sherbrooke Capital and joined it in 2004. Mr. Comstock is involved in all aspects of the investment process, from sourcing potential investment opportunities to due diligence and deal closing to leveraging his extensive operational experience by working closely with companies post-investment.
Mr.
Comstock works closely with the Chief Executive Officer of Immaculate Baking to direct strategic and operating initiatives. He has a strong background working with entrepreneurs in all stages of growth both in family –run businesses and professionally managed companies. Before joining Sherbrooke Capital, he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer at Oregon Chai, having also served in various capacities including Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Chief Operating Officer.
Prior to Oregon Chai, he joined Odwalla as Director of Foodservice; Mr. Comstock was later promoted to Vice President of Business Development and created the team responsible for Odwalla’s regional and national accounts. Mr. Comstock also worked at PowerBar as Director of Foodservice and Division Sales Manager Eastern U.S., and at Schwan’s, where he held various positions in sales and marketing, including National Marketing Manager. Mr. Comstock sits on the Board of Directors of Halfpops, LLC, Immaculate Baking, Ciao Bella Gelato Company, and FoodShouldTasteGood. He was a varsity athlete at both Eastern Washington University and Washington State University
Mr. Comstock holds a B.A. in concentration in Business Administration from Washington State University.
