Corey grew up in a theater owner's family. In his early years he owned and operated a few theaters. He left the business for over 25 years and ventured into the automotive industry. He became an executive level manager within several companies including software and banking. In 2004 he got the bug to go back to the family business. He went
back as the vice president of his family's company. While there, as one of his many duties, he handled the local ad sales to the various locations within their company. Realizing his father was not going to retire, Corey could see that the advertising could be a great business. He ventured off on his own and founded Before The Movie. He was fortunate enough to have his family's circuit as his first client and from there he grew the business to where it is today.
