Constance Potter (Manos) is the CEO of Manos Soap Co. and serves on its board of directors after taking it over from Kay (her mother) in 2002. Before being named CEO in 2017, Connie was Greenwich Hospital’s Executive Assistant to SVP Health Systems Department and was responsible for all of the hospitals marketing and operations strategy, including
extensive coordination of calendars in order to arrange meetings involving physicians, healthcare institutions and hospital staff. Prior to joining Greenwich Hospital, Connie was Executive Assistant to the President at CBS, with The Westinghouse Broadcasting Company, also known as Group W and was responsible arranging appointments and accommodations for highly confidential media clients, interface with building management concerning in-house moves and track industry periodicals and media articles for distribution. Previous to her work at CBS, Connie was the Secretary to the Vice President Putnam Trust Company. Connie also spent 35 years working at The Water's Edge at Giovanni's located in Darien, CT as it grew from family steak house restaurant but also an award winning event space.
