Conor White is President of the New Industries for Daon and a member of Daon’s Board of Directors. He brings to bear over 18 years of experience innovating and leading identification management technologies such as the development of biometrics, smart cards, electronic payments, PKI, information security and e-business infrastructure. Conor is a
respected speaker at international biometric and human authentication conferences and also serves on various technology standards boards both in the U.S. and abroad. In addition, Conor is an accomplished technology inventor with 13 existing patents in the area of biometric authentication on smart, mobile devices. Conor’s leadership contributions were instrumental in another notable technology development: one of the world’s first open-standards-based multi-biometric authentication programs. Conor began his track record in leading technology innovation as Chief Architect and Engineering Manager at Digital Equipment Corporation’s global partner eCommerce Systems. He later he served as Engineering Manager at CardBASE Technologies. Conor holds a B.S. in Computer Applications and an M.S. in Computer Science from Cork Institute of Technology. He is also a graduate of the Executive Leadership Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
