Coe Juracek has over 20 years of experience in business development, strategic planning, and investing in real estate. He currently holds the position of senior managing director of the investor coverage group at Crow Holdings Capital. Juracek
oversees the company's capital formation, strategic planning, and business development activities.
Coe has been with Crow Holdings Capital since 1999 and has held multiple positions within the real estate development and investment organization. He’s served in roles ranging from acquisitions and asset management to leading the company’s debt capital markets. Additionally, Juracek is a member of the Crow Holdings Capital investment committee.
Coe Juracek began his business career with the Trammell Crow Company in 1995, where he worked as an analyst in the organization’s corporate services division. One year later, Juracek joined Wellsford Residential Property Trust, in another analyst position. He would subsequently accept an associate role with HomeGate Hospitality (later acquired by Prime Hospitality), eventually climbing the ladder to become a regional director of development for the company, where he was in charge of hotel development site selection and feasibility analysis for the South Central region. Juracek’s next role involved multifamily development at Benton Partners, where his objective was to seek out multifamily development opportunities in North Texas. After working with the organization for over a year, Coe joined Crow Holdings Capital.
Coe Juracek received his Bachelor of Arts in history from Duke University in 1995. After working in the field for five years, Juracek decided to further his studies and returned to school on nights and weekends to earn an MBA in finance from Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business while maintaining his employment at Crow Holdings.
