Clive Higgins is an accomplished informatics professional with over 25 years of experience in the Life Sciences and Informatics Fields.
Prior to joining PerkinElmer from CambridgeSoft Corporation, Mr. Higgins had served as Director, Sales Operations at Beckman Coulter Genomics and General Manager, North America for Cogenics Inc.
Previous to
that, he held positions at Thermo Fisher Scientific (formerly Thermo Electron) as General Manager for Biobanking, Director of Marketing for Life and Laboratory Sciences and President of Thermo Lab Systems.
His professional experience also includes undergraduate work placements at 3M, the UK Ministry of Defence and the Freshwater Biological Association and after graduating, he worked in the photographic laboratories of Ilford Ltd.
Mr. Higgins graduated in Applied Chemistry from Brunel University in London, UK and studied Strategic Marketing and Leadership in the 21st Century at Harvard Business School.
