He started his career with large technology leaders (Fairchild, Philips and Adaptec); led a number of
technology start-ups (including Plus Logic, RadioLAN, and DRC) and served on several boards including Fiddle Games. Clay received his BS in Aeronautical Engineering from Purdue University and MBA from Santa Clara University.
