Mr. Karbowicz serves as the Global Chief Operating Officer, General Counsel & Secretary for Cornerstone and manages the Firm’s Legal, Compliance, Enterprise Risk Management, Human Resources, and Investment Accounting Groups.
Prior to joining Cornerstone in 1996, Mr. Karbowicz was an attorney in private practice in Connecticut for 12 years
focusing primarily on commercial real estate transactions.
Mr. Karbowicz earned BS and MS degrees from the University of New Haven, an MS degree from the University of Massachusetts, and a JD degree from New York University School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in Connecticut and is a member of the Connecticut Bar.
