Cian has worked in the IT and Call Centre industry since 2000. For several years prior to this he held several sales and customer service positions in a number of Multi-national organisations. In 2004 he became CTO of Momentum Marketing (now FCIPS), a large multi-channel call centre in Ireland. Responsible for all aspects of the IT, systems and
service delivery he quickly realised that there were many areas that could be improved and many areas that could benefit from the development and introduction of new systems, applications and infrastructures.
