Christopher Sweeney is a Medical Oncologist at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.

Christopher is a highly active contributor to his field, having served on the Editorial Board for ASCO's Journal of Clinical Oncology and the Program and Cancer Education Committees of the American Society of Clinical Oncology. Christopher has received peer reviewed funding from the National Institutes of Health and the Department of Defense.
Christopher is also a Member of the Scientific Advisory Boards of biotech companies in the United States and Australia.
Christopher received his MBBS degree from the University of Adelaide, South Australia in 1992 and completed an internship at the Royal Adelaide Hospital. Christopher did residency in internal medicine at Gundersen Lutheran Medical Center, La Crosse, Wisconsin and a fellowship in Hematology / Oncology at Indiana University Medical Center, where he was later appointed Associate Director for Clinical Research for the Simon Cancer Center. Christopher joined the Lank Center for Genitourinary Oncology at DFCI and Harvard Medical School in 2009.
