Christopher Rackers is a former Senior Vice President and Chief People and Brand Officer of Waddell and Reed Financial. He is currently working at Baxter Auto as Chief Human Resources Officer. In this role, he oversees corporate communications, community and public relations, corporate social responsibility activities, corporate real estate,
