Christopher Lynch is a technology entrepreneur and software architect with more than 30 years of experience building large-scale travel and enterprise technology platforms. He is the Co-Founder and CTO of Intakit, where he is leading the development of AI-native legal intelligence designed to proactively prepare attorneys with continuous
operational and case intelligence.
Previously, Christopher co-founded TravelNow.com, one of the pioneers of online hotel booking, which was acquired by Hotels.com and became part of Expedia. He later served as Chief Innovation Officer at Alliance Reservations, where he led technology strategy and innovation initiatives that helped modernize travel distribution and reservation platforms.
Throughout his career, Christopher has built and scaled high-volume commerce platforms, enterprise SaaS products, AI systems, and marketplace technologies. His work has focused on applying emerging technologies to solve complex operational challenges across the travel, legal, and enterprise software industries.
At Intakit, Christopher’s vision is to move beyond traditional AI assistants by creating continuous legal intelligence that enables law firms to operate with greater awareness, preparation, and efficiency.
