Chris brings over fifteen years of private equity, transactional, and corporate development experience to the company. Chris focuses on deal execution for M&A and capital raise clients at Siemer & Associates, focusing on digital media, adtech, software, and eCommerce. Prior to joining Siemer, Chris was Senior Vice President at IMT Capital
where he helped lead the transaction department close over $1.2 billion in investments. He has served as an advisor for several startups in the digital media and entertainment space.
Chris graduated from Yale University with a degree in history. He also serves on the California State Workforce Investment Board after being appointed by Governor Brown in 2013. He continues to serve as an advisor to several startups, is a mentor for the Yale Entrepreneurial Institute and sits the advisory board for Spark Los Angeles. Chris is a registered General Securities Representative (Series 63 and 79 licenses) with FINRA/SIPC (formerly NASD).
