Chris is a Director in Ingenious Corporate Finance, where he advises on mergers and acquisitions and fund raising in the media sector.
Chris joined Ingenious from Dresdner Kleinwort in 2008, having begun his career with Deutsche Bank in 2001. During his career, Chris has advised a number of clients across the media sector, most recently the
management team of Shed Media in respect of their MBO and St. Ives plc in respect of a series of acquisitions. Chris has advised mid market companies, public and private, on a variety of M&A and equity fund raising transactions.
He holds a First Class Modern History degree from Oxford University.
