Christopher Cook is the president of Power Solutions at Flextronics (NASDAQ: FLEX), a $24B, industry-leading, Fortune Global 500 end-to-end supply chain solutions company with a global workforce of 200,000 and operations in over 30 countries. In this role, he leads an international team focused on delivering high-value power solutions and technical
manufacturing expertise to increase customer competitiveness.
Mr. Cook joined Flextronics from Infineon Technologies AG where he was vice president and general manager of the radio frequency and protection devices business based in Munich, Germany. During his tenure with Infineon, he also served as managing director of Infineon Technologies North America, chairman of Industrial Power and regional vice president and general manager of the Automotive, Industrial and Multimarket business group.
Mr. Cook also held various sales and management positions at Renesas Technology, Hitachi Semiconductor and National Semiconductor.
Mr. Cook earned a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and technology from Purdue University and completed the Program for Leadership Development at the Harvard Business School.
