Chris Milligan, PE has served as CEO and President of BlueInGreen since September 2016. Milligan is a licensed professional engineer in nine states and possesses extensive experience in municipal and industrial water and waste treatment. His research of membrane bioreactor (MBR) technology has been published numerous times by the Water Environment
Federation (WEF), and he is a regular presenter for the American Water Works Association (AWWA). Milligan earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Arkansas and his M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
