Chris has extensive experience in the online real estate industry. For the last 13 years, Chris has been the CIO of the REA Group, a Director of Classified Ad Ventures, and is currently the CEO of ListGlobally.
As CEO of ListGlobally, Chris is responsible for the rapid growth of the international listings syndication business. Currently
ListGlobally syndicates tens of thousands of listings to 70 distribution partners around the world. Property portals are able to resell a ListGlobally subscription to its customers and therefore provide access to the ListGlobally network.
Chris is a Director of Classified Ad Ventures, the Property Portal Accelerator fund that invests in Property Portal Watch, Transmit, ListGlobally, CAV Web Design and Nestoria Australia. This fund invests in those businesses that have ability to plug into property portals around the world and quickly provide them with market leading products and functionality.
Between 2002 and 2008, Chris was the CIO of the REA Group. She was responsible for the specification and implementation of technology to drive the REA Group. During her time as part of the leadership group, the REA Group revenues increased from AUD$4m to AUD$155m, a AUD$6m loss was turned around to an EBITDA profit of AUD$30m, and the market cap increased from AUD$8m to a high of AUD$1 billion.
