Chris has been employed with CSS for over 25 years and has worked in virtually every aspect of the business starting out as Direct Support Professional. Chris feels that his inspiration for committing himself to this field comes from his late father and former CEO of CSS Daniel Swickard. Daniel dedicated 45 years of his life to serving individuals
with disabilities. Chris aspires to be like his father, dedicating his life to serving individuals with disabilities. Chris also holds inspiration from his late Aunt Donna Swickard whom had developmental disabilities. Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from the Ohio State University.
