Chris joined Agencyport in May 2012 and is responsible for legal, corporate, human resources, IT and administrative functions. Most recently, Chris served as Counsel to IBM in the Business Analytics Division of IBM Software Group. Prior to that, he served as Deputy General Counsel to Cognos, Inc., a publicly-held business intelligence and
performance management software company acquired by IBM in January 2008. Chris was also in private practice at Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions, securities regulation, corporate governance and commercial transactions. He graduated from Boston College Law School and received his bachelor’s degree from the College of the Holy Cross.
