Chris Petersen combines extensive industry experience in information assurance and network security with an innovative approach to technology that drives LogRhythm’s strategic vision of delivering the most comprehensive Log and Event Management solution on the market today.
Petersen’s accomplishments include developing the Price Waterhouse
Enterprise Security Architecture System as a Senior Consultant with the company (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers), leading an engineering group at Ernst & Young that produced one of the first managed security services as well as the leading information assurance portal eSecurityOnline.
He was also a significant contributor in product management at Enterasys while helping to push the Dragon Intrusion Detection System into a market-leading position.
He has served on the faculty of the Institute for Applied Network Security, has numerous speaking engagements at information security conferences and events, and is frequently quoted in industry leading publications.
He holds a degree in Accounting/Information Systems from Colorado State University.
